If I take it in the morning, along with my other medications, I get tired very easily.
May tamsulosin be taken before bedtime, and still be effective?

From what I understand you are supposed to take it when you go to bed 30 minutes after a meal.
From this site:
"You may feel very dizzy when you first wake up. Be careful when standing or sitting up from a lying position."

So there are no misunderstandings..lol.
"Tamsulosin is usually taken once a day, approximately 30 minutes after a meal."

this was of no help whatsoever--I don't have a meal 30 ' before sleep.
