I’ve been taking mirtazapine for 3 weeks without any relief, can I stop taking suddenly?

I stopped after 3 weeks no problem no difference but after 4 months stopped again I had quite a bit of nausea and lack of appetite but for me these were my original symptoms so that’s what you have got to be aware of your old feelings before taking
