What can relieve the tendon and muscle pain I am having? I cannot take antinflammatories. I have done physical therapy and chiropractic treatments. It's been 10 months and I'm in so much pain everyday... shoulders, upper arms, elbows, hips.

The best way I can explain it, is like the nerves in my head is active. I have had surgery on both caroti arteries, pace maker, abdominal aneurysm surgery with complications. The tendons in back of my neck is always stiff. My left arm falls a sleep and my lower back always hurts. Please help

For quite a few months, whenever I move my wrist, it cracks or clicks. Along with that my tendons pop in and out. It also feels like they are grinding against something. Occasionally my wrist feels achy. Should I be concerned?
