Side effects of long term use: cyclobenzaprine 10mg?

What are the side effects for long term use of this drug? I’ve been on it for 30+ years for muscle spasms associated with my fibromyalgia. I’ve had ringing in the ears for the last few years that I thought was Tinnitus, but now I’m not sure. What can you tell me?

Husband taking lupron for prostate cancer. Bad joint swelling, fatigue, flashes, mood issues. What?

Stromectol - How long after 1 dose of ivermectin can I drink alcohol?

I took my first dose (8 pills) about a week ago. Is it safe to drink now? I know that alcohol makes the side effects worse so im just checking.

I've been on 1200mg a day (600mg morning / 600mg night) of Lyrica for approximately 3 months.
