Radiation therapy damaged my saliva glands. I have sticky saliva along with dry mouth. I use Biotene spray whenever my mouth gets too dry (about 10 times per 24 hours). Will Evoxac help someone with my specific condition.

My doctor said my body would absorb the fluid and it has shrunk, It's smaller but still there. My surgery was a month ago. I'm supposed to start radiation for breast cancer in 5 days, should I wait till the knot is gone? Could this be lymphedema?
