I was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma and had a tumor surgically removed and had 30 rounds of radiation. I just had my first infusion of nivolumab last week and am just wondering how other people have felt after taking it and how long the effects tend to last.

I am afraid to take Tamoxifen, should I be? I am already moodhy and have hot flashes?
