My regular folate blood check showed it to be kind of high. The doctor didn't have a concern about that. I really want to try Deplin, I just don't want to raise L methylfolate too high. By the way, I'm trying it to see if it will help ocd and depression and maybe pms.

My insurance does not cover the Deplin L-Methylfolate and I am trying to see if I can find a generic form or a discounted way to purchase it. It really helps with depression and just my overall well-being! I have not had it filled again due to the price. :-(
