My doctor told me to take one flomax at bedtime. I have or had a 3mm stone in the ureter. I don't know if I passed it but when I wake up my urine is a dark coffee color for a couple of times and then it lightenes up. Is this normal?

Is 5mg of Cialis in the am and 5mg in the pm too much dosage for incontinence?

My friend at the present time is taking 5mg Cialis in the morning and .4mg of Flomax in the evening for urinary incontinence. This seems to work during the day but not too effective during sleeptime. I wonder if 5mg in the am and 5mg in the pm of Cialis instead of Flomax would be more effective?
