Should I become concerned?
Just started taking flomax.. Sinuses have become very inflamed. Is this a common side effect ?

Yes. Sinus inflammation and a runny or stuffy nose are common side-effects of Flomax. If this is persisting with no sign of improvement,and bothering you, see your doctor.
