I have 2 x 5mm kidney stones, one on each side. I was first put on Doxazosin, but that did not pass either of them so my doctor switched me to Flomax. I think the doctors don't realize how long I'm taking this. They keep renewing the prescription. I started to take it for help urinating but I didn't think it was a lifelong drug. Please give me a ball park of the usual treatment time. Thanks alot.

Have been having stuffy nose/ sinus congestion problems that seem to get worse an hour or two after I take my Flomax and let up a bit after about 24 hours pass.
