I take Atenolol and I can take pseudoephedrine or Sudafed just fine BUT in some people it elevates their blood pressure too much. Ask your Dr. if it is alright if you try it. If your blood pressure is easy to control and is well controlled on your Atenolol, you might be okay taking it. If your blood pressure is difficult to control then you probably dont want to take Sudafed.
If you have high blood pressure you can't take it. It will push it way up.
