I have a small, round, white pill with a capital L inscribed on one side. What could this be?

low dose asprin 81mg is a very pale yellow. Could this be it?

No this is not it. The "L" is inscribed into the pill, not printed on it.
Could it be Oravig then?
Pill imprint L has been identified as Oravig 50 mg.
Oravig is used in the treatment of oral thrush and belongs to the drug class azole antifungals.
