does her small size 98lb effect the medicine results? She is in conflict on how much medicine to use.
different people have told her it is to strong. I wanted to follow doctors paper of instruction and called his office his nurse [can't talk to dr fazl] said to lower dose to 1/2 pill for breakfast 1 for lunch and 1/2 for dinner. My wife still wobbles and goes backward. She fell twice once to ER.

First I’m very dismayed that you were unable to speak directly with your Mom’s doctor, especially since she is new to Sinemet medication and a very low body weight. I’m a 80 year old male and have been on Sinemet 25/100 6 tablets daily (1 every 4 Hrs). It stinks but without it I would be in a bad space. My dosage hasn’t changed for the past 7 years.
Stating all of that your mom’s dosage is quite low in comparison. For me it’s very important to establish the best starting dosage and make the small adjustments so as to reduce the
possible negative impact to the patient. Hopefully once the daily dosage is established your Mom should begin to feel better and hopefully get back to some normality.
I trust I’ve provided some feedback from a PD patient side of the equation. Continue to be a strong advocate for your mom.
