It depends on the dosage. Are you taking about 100mg and a 50mg? That would be a NO. The maximum 24 hour dosage is 100mg. If you are asking if it’s okay to take a 50mg and a 25mg, that would be okay and under the daily maximum dosage. Sildenafil is an extremely safe drug that is taken my elderly men all over the world, some even have heart issues. As others have mentioned it is always best to talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure. I hope this helps, good luck to you.
Hi,
It is pretty obvious you are concerned with your health, you can comment on it, but it really, with all due respect is irrelevant to me in order to give you peace of mind. Only your Dr., who has your medical records knows how well you are doing in all aspects and further more talk to your DR. and have a full check up, blood work done, etc, and that will give you peace of mind which is what you are looking for.
You do not even mention how many mgs. you take of Sildenafil, and that shows me you are looking for reassurance, again, your medical results from a complete check up and blood work will give you the answer you are seeking, talk to your Dr., and make an appoinment.
FYI the max. daily dose of Sildenafil every 24 hours is of 100mgs..

Talk to your DR., with all due respect.
Best regards, masso
I was blunt, did some research and this is the bottom line:
"No patients discontinued sildenafil treatment due to adverse events. In conclusion, oral sildenafil is efficacious and well tolerated by elderly men with ED, even among those older than 70 years."

I still suggest you have a full medical check up, blood work done, take care of yourself... Talk to your DR..
