Does this medication decrease your libido? I have had that issue with all other antidepressants.

Buyer beware: Everyone's reaction may be different. That said, it seems for most when on Wellbutrin your libido is heightened, and, I mean, a lot! Off and on arousal is natural ( except when taking most antidepressants) but that's not the case with Wellbutrin. You'd better plan to keep yourself extremely busy, both physically and emotionally, especially when taking the 300 mg XL dosage. Of course it is a pleasurable reaction but exactly how to handle it is another question altogether. Whatever, don't stay home and surf the net because it'll quickly wear you out. Try to steer the effect into something more creative. In short, get your mind off sex, it won't be easy, and to tell you the truth, I'm not sure that is possible or that the effect lessens in time. It is just one of those 'wait and see' what happens effect. I can't go into other inappropriate commentary on how I have handled this so let me simply say "buyer beware".
Genitourinary
Among antidepressants, bupropion may be associated with the lowest incidence of sexual dysfunction (i.e., impotence, abnormal ejaculation, changes in libido).
Common (1% to 10%): Decrease in sexual function, dysmenorrhea, impotence, menstrual complaints, nocturia, urinary frequency, urinary tract infection, urinary urgency, vaginal hemorrhage
Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Painful erection, polyuria, prostate disorder, retarded ejaculation, testicular swelling, vaginal irritation
Rare (0.01% to 0.1%): Enuresis, urinary incontinence, urinary retention
Postmarketing reports: Abnormal ejaculation, dyspareunia, dysuria, menopause, prostate disorder, salpingitis, urinary tract disorder, vaginitis[Ref]
One study in which 150 patients received the sustained released form of bupropion reported the incidence of orgasm dysfunction at 8% in patients receiving a 300 mg daily dose and 10% in patients receiving a 400 mg daily dose.
