Silly question but I have been off caffeine for almost a month and I have been really wanting a soda. But afraid it might cause anxiety. Any thoughts?

There is no caffeine in Pepsi Caffeine Free. This might sound like a silly answer, but consider that decaffeinated tea and coffee both do contain a small amount caffeine. In the case of Pepsi Caffeine Free, there is none. None!

Thank you I had no idea Pepsi had that! I will be trying it. :)
Try a decaffeinated cola.
Thanks masso! I will try that! :)
You are welcome Pam.
So it really depends on your sensitivity level. I am super caffeine sensitive. It can trigger a panic attack. That being said, if I have like 1/2 a can of Pepsi earlier in the day I am usually OK. I wouldn't recommend drinking it at night, or very much of it. Good luck!
Thank you so much jakyoga!
I am going to try just that. 1/2 a can. For sure not at night. Fingers crossed :)
