I increased my dose of lustral from 75 to 100mg just over 4 weeks ago. Although I feel a slight improvement, I still have racing mind and feel like I will never get back to myself. I had been on hrt, which has been lowered drastically as doctor felt this may have been affecting my symptoms. I am afraid to increase the dose again as I dread the horrible initial effect. I also as does my Dr feel hormonal issues are not helping. However I am desperate to get back to feeling normal and not constantly overthinking about things I would normally deal with. Should I give the 100 mg another while to work or increase. I appreciate any suggestions

I would give your response a little more time. It’s possible that this may not be the best antidepressant for you. If these feelings don’t become easier to deal with, increasing the mg/d will not improve things. That has been my experience - your prescriber should then evaluate.
Thank you - be safe.
