Just wondering how long it took to help for anxiety
Sertraline - Increased from 100mg to 150mg. Just over two weeks in. Anybody else did this increase?

7 years ago 150mg pulled me out of a deeper hole with anxiety. It is just that I have forgotten how long it took for the 150mg increase to take effect

Hi, I went from 100mg to 200mg .
Mood and sometimes concentration went for a bit about 2 weeks.
My advice is also avoid alcohol, as it make thing worse ,
