I am only on day 3 of Saxenda at .6 each morning . I haven’t been nauseous at all. Today I ate breakfast and lunch and this afternoon I felt light headed and about to pass out . I assume it was my blood sugar level dropping . I then took my blood pressure and it was 165/82. It is usually normal. Just wondering if saxenda could be impacting it. .
