I need to know when is the best time to take it. I cannot tolerate nausea but am willing to take Zofran to stop it. I am a school bus driver and cannot just go to the bathroom when I want.

I had enormous problems initially... I’d get nauseated and heartily sick every morning. My doc told me to stick to it... then I made a discovery which solved my problem. Being a guy of a certain age i usually get up to pee around 3am and if I took it then I really didn’t get this side effect anymore. I also lost over 30lb and two pant sizes... I haven’t worn 34” jeans since my 20s!
I was also told that if I ate something sweet I would be sick. I don't eats sweets often but yes sometimes I do. Did you change your diet?
If you are taking Zofran (ondansetron) for constant, all day nausea then it should be taken at regular intervals during the day as prescribed, with or without food.
