Is it urgent that you get this prescription filled? Can you wait for them to order it? That usually takes about 2 days in my experience.
If you have a regular pharmacy and they tell you they don't carry your medicine, I've had to say "Well you need to start ordering it now because I'm going to be on this regularly". They ordered it.

If you need this immediately I recommend calling pharmacies rather than running to each one. It will save you a lot of trouble. If you are a regular patient, chain store pharmacies will do the calling for you. If not, you can ask them to. You are willing to give them your business and are their customer. If they are out of a medicine, it's their job to help you find it within their system of pharmacies.
