Pill imprint Logo 155 has been identified as Buprenorphine Hydrochloride and Naloxone Hydrochloride 8 mg (base) / 2 mg (base) manufactured by Actavis. It is a generic version of Suboxone. The Actavis logo is often described as a "half moon".
