Can it negatively affect sperm and or DNA?
Rogaine is not usually indicated with decreased sperm count or quality (though some men complain they ejaculate less fluid, but usually the sperm count and quality are fine).
If you still struggle to get pregnant, you and your partner/spouse should seek fertillity treatment.
And for your partner/spouse, as a female trying to get pregnant she should NOT EVEN COME INTO ANY KIND OF CONTACT with Rogaine - it can cause birth defects and many other problems for pregnant women. I'd keep it in a different room, far away from her, and wash your hands thoroughly after using the gel or taking a pill.
Rogaine is very toxic to animals, and also to an unborn baby.
