As long as you are taking RobaxACET, and not one of its "cousins" (such as Robax, Robaxisal), you are fine taking it with Advil Extra Strength. Robaxacet contains acetaminophen, which is safe to take with ibuprofen, the ingredient in Advil. Ibuprofen is hard on your stomach, and acetaminophen is hard on the liver, so I would only take this combination for a short period of time. If your symptoms are causing you to need to take it longer than a week or two, I would see your family doctor for advice because there may be something mechanically wrong and throwing drugs at it might "numb" it for 4 to 6 hours, but it won't cure the actual underlying cause.
Good luck!
