Recommended dosage of clindamycin hcl 300mg for sinus infection?

If the physician has prescribed 300mg- 3 or 4 times/day it is a normal dosage for a severe sinus infection. If it is just a garden variety sinus infection, a more suitable dose would be 150mg 3 or 4 times/day. The dose is usually dependent on your weight and health conditions. Colitis may develop weeks to months after taking certain antibiotics so if you ever get a large amount of blood in your stool please call the physician ASAP. I hope this helps.
