I took my nuva ring out TH June 27th, started period few days later and ended on SA july 6th, had sex M july 8th but the condom fell off and not sure if he pulled soon enough. Today the 9th I put a new nuva ring in, but I don't know if I should consider taking plan b? if I should be okay? need help.

Yes, you should take Plan B. The nuva ring should only be out for 7 days and since it was out for 12 days you are at greater risk of pregnancy. See you Pharmacist or Doctor now for emergency contraception. The sooner you take it the more effective it is.
