Pill imprint AZ 029 has been identified as Acetaminophen and Caffeine 500 mg / 65 mg manufactured by A&Z Pharmaceutical Inc. It is a store brand equivalent of Excedrin Tension Headache.

I think it is a generic tylenol of some type but am unable to confirm. Made by A&Z Pharmaceutical - you could try contacting them direct.
