Ive been feeling weird lately. My appetite has increased a lot these past week Im hungry all the time and I cant seem to be full or Its like I get nausea immediately.. Its like i'm blurry and not myself, I cant find a way to explain it but i just feel wierd. I dont know if this has something to do with the fact that i have a slow digestion and have been taking some fiber to go to the bathroom (Metamucil) or something else may be that I had sex when I was in my period like during one of the first days of it and did not use a condom (this was like 7 days ago) can it be that Im pregnant?
I dont know please help me, I just feel wierd...

Metamucil is a fiber supplement that produces a lot of gas which would lead to the burping and passing gas (farting) It is too early for pregnancy to be causing these symptoms if that is what is worrying you although it is very risky to have unprotected sex! You will wind up pregnant at some point if you continue risking yourself. Slow digestion/constipation CAN cause you to feel full and to make you feel nauseated. Over the holidays we often have terrible diets, we over eat all the wrong things and it can make us feel rather crappy for a week or so after. Be sure that you are drinking lots of pure water to help soften your stools and make them easier to pass. Often "slow digestion" or constipation is due to 2 factors-not drinking enough water and not getting enough fiber. I personally like Benefiber MUCH better than Metamucil. It doesnt produce the gas that Metamucil does-just a thought.
Both work well fiber wise but Benefiber is often better tolerated and it doesnt flavor and doesnt thicken. Be sure to try to get 6-8 8oz glasses of water per day. Increase fiber naturally by eating more fruits and veggies and whole grains.
Allot of my patients have told me that metamucil is the worst fiber for gas.
Metamucil is awful for gas. You wouldn't have symptoms of pregnancy yet, it would be too soon.
It could be reflux from the food you are overeating. I got nausea recently and had gas too and my doctor did ask me if I was using Ibuprofen (advil) more often because of my symtoms. I also had diarrhea a few times a day so he said stop milk and sugar for a week and see if that helps. So I did and I'm better. Hope this helps for you too.
