You are reading the pill upside down. It is actually imprinted TL001. Pill imprint TL 001 has been identified as Methylprednisolone 4 mg.
Methylprednisolone is used in the treatment of inflammatory conditions; osteoarthritis; asthma; adrenogenital syndrome; gout, acute (and more), and belongs to the drug class glucocorticoids. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Methylprednisolone 4 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
