Are you trying to get someone pregnant? Are you still achieving orgasm? there is no need for seminal fluid for satisfactory sex. Some medications, like Flomax, reduces the amount of seminal fluid but seminal fluid is not necessary unless you are trying to have a child. As long as you achieve orgasm seminal fluid is not necessary and it is not necessary to a partners sexual satisfaction either. I have not heard of this product so I dont know if it works but seminal fluid really isnt necessary for satisfactory sex.
If you are trying to conceive a child with your partner and there is a lack of semen/seminal fluid, you can talk to a urologist.
Yes, there is a product called "The ropes" is a slang phrase from the European sexual underground.
In these magazines they advertise products which generate false expectations for desperate people ( I am Not saying or implying that you are desperate) willing to try anything, what about side effects, medical interactions, warnings, risks, etc.
But I would not buy it or take at all, personally I know that the only way to accumulate sperm is to not have sex or masturbate for some time, then sperm production is higher and so is the ejaculation of it.
Take care,
