I was prescribed meclizine. I tested positive for benzodiazepines. How is this possible?

According to google you are unique. I would suggest that it is something else you take or have taken that caused the false positive. Me speculating as to what that might be would be pointless.
I was prescribed meclizine and dissolving zofran last Monday for vertigo; one pill each, one week and two days later I tested positive for benzos. It didn't Dawn on me that this might be why.
