I have been on 50 mg pregabalin a day once before bed for 2 months, now taking 150mg before bed. Im a bit confused because i can see that most start off by taking it two-twice a day. I dont feel it working on my anxiety, i feel my anxiety is worse, and i have isolated myself more than before taking it. How long before i should feel it working for anxiety?

Hi I have been pregabalin and feel exactly the same way you have mentioned. Did it get any better. Hope you are ok Thank you
That is strange, as I also suffer from anxiety and about a month ago I started taking Lyrica (Pregabalin) in order to treat my anxiety and for me it started working right away and it has also helped with my insomnia.
I take 75 mgs. in the am, 75 mgs in the afternoon and 150 mgs at night, and as I mentioned before it has worked like a charm for me, baring in mind we all react to medications differently.
In my opinion Pregabalin should have started working for you a long time ago, you are on the right dose, but as you say it has made your condition worse, perhaps you need a higher dose or simply this medication is not the right one for you and you should discuss this with your Dr., which by the way I believe you must have already done so.
