Abuout a week ago I took plan b one step and now I'm having yellow spotting and when I clean I have yellow there too! Can this be pregancy? Please help

I don't know what you're reading but Louise is right. In a week there would be know symptoms of pregnancy and yellow discharge is a sign of infection.

Yellow is likely to be a sign of infection, def. not pregnancy. Especially after just a week.
I'd get checked out if I were you, in case it is & it gets worse.

But I'm looking up on google and a lot of websites say that it's an early sign on pregnancy? I mean is there any chance I could?

It's too soon to be getting pregnancy symptoms.
Yellow discharge is a sign of infection.
