Then I reached over to give him hand job while he was still doing stuff to me but I’m scared he got pre-cum on his fingers when he pulled down his pants and maybe some transferred what’s the chances I’m pregnant? Also I took Plan B within six hours and it was the day before the leading days to ovulation I had a low chance of pregnancy before it transferred. So once I took Plan B it’s been about a week and I have been bleeding quite hard for two days already and my periods not due for another two weeks is the bleeding normal and how long will it last?

I'm wondering if you ended up pregnant because I'm passing through the same experience.
Plan B is not as effective as regular hormonal birth control. It's simply worth a try in an emergency.
Sperm can live in fertile cervical mucus for up to 5/6 days at the most. That means you can become pregnant from sex you had up to 5/6 days before ovulation.
If his precum did come into contact with your vaginal area & cervical mucus, then it could give you any sexually transmitted disease that he was carrying (& some can be carried by virgins, & some with no symptoms for some time).
If his precum contains sperm (see the recent study by Human Fertility that showed that not all men have sperm in their precum, but those who do, have it their regardless of urination before ejaculation) then pregnancy is possible, if you have fertile cervical mucus.
Every woman is different as to how many days she is fertile before ovulation, but 6 days would be the longest. Apps that predict fertility are just a guide, so can't be totally relied upon.
Plan B works by delaying your ovulation until the sperm leaves your body.
Some think it works in other ways, but the Manufacturer does not claim that. They say it's possible, but don't say it does, as it has not been proven.
If you go to their website you can see they're careful to use the word Possible.
In the situation where a woman is close to ovulation, then the other emergency pill called Ella is proven to work in more ways.
It sounds like chances of pregnancy are lower than if you'd had intercourse, but still possible, if his precum came into contact with your vaginal area & therefore cervical mucus.
The bleeding is common after Plan B & you can experience hormonal symptoms for weeks or sometimes months after using Plan B. It's a huge dose of artificial hormone for your body to deal with. Everyone reacts differently. You may experience the hormonal side effects that you'd get with a period or pregnancy, or other hormonal change in the body.
I have known some women to become pregnant despite bleeding what they thought was a period after Plan B. I'd recommend a test.
You may want to consider being tested for STDs before having further sexual contact.
