Alykat; Normally this effect well go away on it's own after you have been on it for a few days to a week and make sure that you take your medication as early in the day as you can where it well still help with your hunger
And yes if you want to try the herbal teas should not be any problem as long as it's several hours away from the medication. If you figure out one you want to try let us or me know and I well look it up and make sure. but all of the one's I know that people take for sleep. keep 2 to 4 hours away from the medication and should be no problems and you normally would not take the diet pill that close to bedtime.
Thank you chuck 1957, those side effect have subsided and thank you for the tip of taking it earlier in the day. It cuts back on the insomnia that I was experiencing.
Yes, I have tried the herbal tea sleepy time and seems to be working. I also tried peppermint tea and that is soothing as well. Thanks again for your feedback, it definitely was much appreciated.
