Absolutely! Anything with that artificial coloring can do so. Grape soda, kool-aid, those little drink packets. Nothing to freak out about, but I wish they would simply not use it. We are conditioned to associate color with flavor.

Foods: green Jell-O, grape-flavored Pedialyte (turns bright green), green fruit snacks, spinach or other leafy vegetables. Dark green stools (e.g., after eating spinach) may look black under poor lighting.
