I have a sinus infection, this is my third antibiotic I’m going to take to get rid of it. I filled the prescription not at my usual pharmacy so they didn’t know about my other medications but I searched the interactions just in case and hydroxychloroquine has a major interaction and sertraline has a moderate interaction, I take both daily so I’m wondering if I should start the azithromycin?
Should I take a Z Pack if I also take hydoxychloroquine and sertraline?

Answers
I would definitely check with your doctor or regular pharmacist first. Usually your regular doctor wouldn't prescribe it knowing your other medications if he was worried about it. I would still check. Feel better soon.
