I've been very "puffy" lately. Mainly my feet and legs are swollen, and rings are tight on my fingers. Not sure if it's Ozempc related because I do have periodic bouts with edema, especially if I eat salty foods.
Can Ozempic cause a person to retain water?

Water retention (edema) is not listed as a potential side effect of Ozempic.
Excess use of salt is known to cause water retention, perhaps you should try to consume less.
Anyway for your safety always inform your Dr. any abnormality you may experience.
NSAIDs like ibuprofen and naproxen can cause swelling due to salt retention.
