I am just about to start taking Ozempic. What are the common experiences with diarrhea when starting Ozempic? Is it controllable--like watery stool when going to the bathroom? Or is it explosive and uncontrollable? Just wondering because I am going on a road trip! :) I will be able to take normal bathroom stops during the trip. However, I am worried about the possibility of the emergency trip to the bathroom. Thank you.

There’s so many different side effects people are having. Some do fine with this, I had slight constipation. U can Buy over-the-counter anti-diarrhea? Meds. Good Luck

For me, I felt like I needed to stay close to home the day after I took my weekly injection. Took a couple of months to normalize my system.
Good luck, I feel it was worth the effort, A1C went from 7.2 to 6.5 within 12 months.
