I know some medications it makes a big difference to take with food, just want to be sure I get the most of it.
Can I take oxycodone with food? Or should I eat before/after?

Hello it's not going to matter with this medication unless you have a weak stomach but as a rule of thumb if it doesn't specify not to eat with it then you should eat with it to save your stomach from the medication which can be irritating
Your choice, but it can upset your stomach so I always took some food with mine. Don't think it will make much difference either way as far as efficacy.
