I found a freezer baggie filled with 30 or so round orange pills in my sisters room. They are bigger pills, think, round, and have absolutly no imprint or writing on them at all. Any ideas on what they could be?
Orange circular pills with no imprint?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to ID any pill without an imprint. All prescription and OTC drugs in the US are required by the FDA to have an imprint.
Your pill could be a vitamin, a diet/herbal/energy pill, or an illicit or foreign pill.

It is very hard to identify pills with no imprints online... sorry.
Ask your local pharmacsist.
Take care.
