Can you take 1 dose of Ondansetron 1 time only while taking Zoloft? I know they interact if taken regularly but wondering about one time.

You're probably thinking of serotonin syndrome which can be serious in the later stages. Fortunately, it's rare and treatable.
As rare as it is I wouldn't think a one time dosing would be anything to be too concerned about. To be sure you might want to ask your doctor or pharmacist.
