I'm taking both and I'm not getting the desired affects from Nuvigil. Anybody else taking this combination?

It might be that the problem is with the Nuvigil which can become addictive in many cases. Could it be that the dose you're taking is no longer effective?
You might want to check with your doctor and get their professional opinion.
I've taken 150mg for about 3 weeks and 200 for about a week, so I have not taken long enough to not be effective.
