I am assuming you are talking about cephalexin suspension?

If so there are 2 strengths available 125mg/5ml or 250mg/5ml

If you need to give 250mg of cephalexin you will need to give 10ml of the 125mg/5ml strength or 5ml of the 250mg/5ml strength.

The strength should be on both the Cephalexin bottle and pharmacy label.

Contact your pharmacist if you are still not sure.

Hope this helps.
