Need to convert 250mg to mL/cc... can anyone help? did pharmacy give me the tube syringe?

I am assuming you are talking about cephalexin suspension?
If so there are 2 strengths available 125mg/5ml or 250mg/5ml
If you need to give 250mg of cephalexin you will need to give 10ml of the 125mg/5ml strength or 5ml of the 250mg/5ml strength.
The strength should be on both the Cephalexin bottle and pharmacy label.
Contact your pharmacist if you are still not sure.
