It is now 4 days later, still have the headache and my skin hurts. Has anyone else experienced their skin hurting? It is arms, hands, legs and feet. Will sure be happy to get back to normal - loose the constant headache and sore skin. Obviously Mounjaro is not for me!!
Mounjaro - Took my first injection on Friday, around noon. By Friday night the vomiting began.

May I ask what dosage you're on? I've been on mounjaro for 2 years. I was prescribed for borderline diabetes and high A1C and morbidly obese. I started on the 2.5 mg and every month I would go up to the next highest dose. Now I'm on the 15 mg and will be continuing for maintenance. I too had the sensation of irritated skin. For that I would take a warm bath with Epson salt and after would use Palmers Coconut oil all over. I also had nausea but never threw up thank the Lord (I hate throwing up!) and my Doctor prescribed ondansetron 8 mg for nausea and that helped so much. I had almost every side effect known for mounjaro but was able to push through. I've also lost 90 lbs so I'm no longer considered morbidly obese and my BMI is normal. This has been a life saver for me, but I honestly think your body has to acclimate first and then it's not too bad. Blessing to you! :)
