The morning after pill is most effective at preventing pregnancy if it is taken within 72 hours of intercourse. Studies have shown it is more effective if taken sooner rather than later. The day of your ovulation was around 48 hours after unprotected sex so you should be protected.

You should have taken the pill the day after sex or the second day. On the ovulation day I guess you have the risk. Not very high. But do check for pregnancy after about two weeks.
