Are you asking if it will still work? yes but this is why it is better to use at night. Monistat can be messy and gravity, when laying down, will help keep the medication inside of you instead of running down your legs along with the yeast discharge as it is killed off. If you ever need to do Monistat again, remember to use it before bedtime and wear a thin pad or panty liner the next day or two to absorb the discharges. When the medicine kills off the infection that "gunk" goes somewhere and that is usually into your panties (or down your legs) This discharge can burn a bit, sometimes, and it is likely that your delicate vulva tissue is tender from irritation and itching.
