Instead of taking a Week 2 Friday pill, I took a Week 3 Friday pill. I thought it would be best to continue taking them so I just took a Week 2 Saturday pill now. How will this effect me since my pills have different doses of hormones each week? Should I take the Week 2 Friday pill next Friday?
What should I do if I mistakenly take the wrong birth control pill?

I would do what you plan to do but you should use back up protection for the next seven days since you took less hormone this past Friday than you should have so it increases the chances of ovulating slightly so it would be best to use back up. When you take the week 2 pill next Friday you will be taking the stronger dose so it should be okay.

Tri-Previfem. Each week's dowager differs. I took more hormones last Fri and will be taking a little less this Fri.

Sorry, auto correct. I meant dosage, not dowager. I guess it actually decreases each week, instead of increasing. Thank you!
