I just want to know if I can take migraine relief and Cymbalta together. I have had a terrible migraine and it won’t go away on its own.
Does migraine relief interfere with Cymbalta?

I feel your pain. Had one 3 days ago. Took my Rx for Imitrex nasal spray. Zero interactions, ever. Also, Cymbalta has NO interactions with caffeine, aspirin, not any other OTC medications. Good Luck
There are 2 moderate interactions between aspirin, caffeine and Cymbalta (duloxetine).
Moderate meaning:
Moderate Moderately clinically significant. Usually avoid combinations; use it only under special circumstances.
Interactions between your drugs
Moderate
aspirin DULoxetine
Applies to: Migraine Relief (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine), Cymbalta (duloxetine)
Using DULoxetine together with aspirin may increase the risk of bleeding. The interaction may be more likely if you are elderly or have kidney or liver disease. Talk to your doctor if you have any questions or concerns. Your doctor may already be aware of the risks, but has determined that this is the best course of treatment for you and has taken appropriate precautions and is monitoring you closely for any potential complications. You should seek immediate medical attention if you experience any unusual bleeding or bruising, or have other signs and symptoms of bleeding such as dizziness; lightheadedness; red or black, tarry stools; coughing up or vomiting fresh or dried blood that looks like coffee grounds; severe headache; and weakness. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
Moderate
caffeine DULoxetine
Applies to: Migraine Relief (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine), Cymbalta (duloxetine)
Caffeine may increase the blood levels and effects of DULoxetine. You may need a dose adjustment or more frequent monitoring by your doctor to safely use both medications. Let your doctor know if your condition changes or you experience increased side effects of DULoxetine such as nausea, dry mouth, insomnia, drowsiness, constipation, or any unusual symptoms. If you have high blood pressure, you may need closer monitoring of your blood pressure while you are receiving these medications. In addition, you may have an increased risk of developing a rare but serious condition associated with the use of DULoxetine and similar medications called the serotonin syndrome, which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, extreme changes in blood pressure, increased heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering or shaking, blurred vision, muscle spasm or stiffness, tremor, incoordination, stomach cramp, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. You should contact your doctor immediately if you experience these symptoms while taking the medications. It is important to tell your doctor about all other medications you use, including vitamins and herbs. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.

I suggest you speak with your Dr. before using migraine relief, perhaps he/she can recommend a different med that does not interact negatively with your antidepressant.
