The acetaminophen content is what is the most harmful. The maximum doseage of acetaminophen (or Tylenol) is 4000mg per 24 hours, 3000mg if you use alcohol at all. As long as you stay within this dose, you should be ok. 2 5/325mg tablets every six hours is the suggested maximum amount for Norco.
