I ask thus because I'm usually always sleep and laying down in the daytime and im up at night , will it work if i use it in the daytime or will i have to switch over to night time and if i just inserted a dose in the daytime will i have to take it at the same time everyday ?

The idea of taking it before bed is your body is horizontal and you are not active allowing the medication to just sit there while it does its work. If you are up all night you take it before bed in the morning. You should try to take it close to the 24 hour period if you can but just before you lie down is the important part.
PS. you may want to use a panty liner as it tends to leak out a bit.
